Logline

This film is a social experience, a tool for discussion and intervention about subjectivity, perceptions and reality. A group of young Azorean´s people, from different social contexts, visualize a set of images about various themes, some obvious others not. The images are the same but the perception of who sees it is different. This experience presents the panorama of our difference and reality, the way we observe, feel, react and decide. Individually or in group, in the Azores or anywhere else in the world. How does the subjectivity of our perceptions about reality affects this group of young people and those who observe them.

MJ Sousa

Maria João Sousa (MJSousa) was born in 1984 in OPorto, Portugal and currently lives in São Miguel - Azores. Graduated in Psychology at the Universidade do Minho in Braga, Portugal (2007) and later studied Cinema in Escuela Septima Ars in Madrid, Spain (2011). MJ Sousa uses psychology combined with filmmaking, motivated by behaviors and psychosocial contexts, assumes the need to observe, listen and touch in order to learn, inform and share sensations that lead to an intervention through cinema.
